Data Quality Control Specialist Job ID 250946 Posted 08-Dec-2025 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Building Surveying/Consultancy Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America **About the role** We at the Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) Team at CBRE are currently seeking a Data Quality Control Specialist who is involved ensuring that the Building Consultancy’s data is accurate, consistent, and reliable for facility condition assessments, capital planning, and asset management. Primary duties include identifying data issues, developing and enforce quality standards, and collaborating with various teams to provide client deliverables in a timely manner. **What you’ll do** Key duties of data quality control professionals include: + **Data Profiling and Assessment:** Analyze facility condition and asset data to understand content, structure, and quality, and identify anomalies and inconsistencies. + **Standards Adherence:** Collaborate with team members to ensure that the comprehensive data quality standards and metrics (e.g., accuracy, completeness, timeliness) are met. + **Data Cleansing and Resolution:** Identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and redundancies within facility condition assessment and asset datasets. + **Monitoring and Reporting:** Evaluate and provide corrective action of data quality, create reports for facility capital planning engagements. + **Process Improvement:** Recommend changes to data collection, entry, and deliverable workflow. **What you’ll need** We will provide reasonable accommodation that may be made to enable individuals with disabilities. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. **EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE** Bachelor’s degree, in Architecture or Engineering Technology, or a related field. Minimum of three years of related experience in addition to education. Will consider a person with 5 years related experience without a degree. Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite products. Experience with an architectural, engineering, or construction firm a plus. **Additional Skills** + Ability to write in a clear and concise coherent way using appropriate grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style. Adapt writing style for different audiences, purposes, and formats. + Ability to edit technical documents in a detailed and accurate manner to ensure deliverables are professional and presentable. + Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. + Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 60,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
