Location: Hybrid Radnor, PA (2 days/week on site required)

Salary: 125-135K

We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Assurance Lead to build and mature our enterprise data quality program across complex healthcare data environments. This leader will define the strategy, processes, governance, and automation frameworks necessary to ensure data integrity, security, and performance across pipelines and analytical ecosystems. Required5+ years of leadership experience managing data‑quality or QA teams.10+ years of data quality/testing experience Strong, hands‑on expertise in Azure Databricks Advanced scripting abilities Demonstrated experience designing data‑quality frameworks and automated validation across pipelines.Proven background in healthcare data
