In this role, you will serve as a Data Program Lead, driving execution of cross-functional data initiatives and translating leadership direction into structured plans and outcomes. You’ll operate in a highly collaborative environment, coordinating across business and technical teams to deliver progress on complex, enterprise-wide priorities.
High-impact, high-agency role: perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Operating Model & Governance Enablement: Establish and run effective operating mechanisms, decision forums, and governance processes that enable faster, higher-quality data decisions.
Strategy-to-Execution Translation: Partner with technical teams to ensure data access, usage, and sharing decisions are translated into scalable, executable solutions.
Executive Visibility & Communication: Prepare concise, executive-ready updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Value & Risk Tracking: Define and maintain clear tracking of outcomes, risks, and business impact to ensure transparency and accountability across initiatives.
What You Bring
Background: Master’s degree or above in a quantitative field, e.g., statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science, economics, engineering.
Experience: 6+ years leading data governance, data management, or enterprise data programs within a complex, data-driven organization.

Strategy-to-Execution Mindset: Demonstrated ability to turn high-level direction into structured plans, clear decision frameworks, and measurable outcomes in ambiguous environments.
Technical Fluency: Comfort working with data platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and access controls — able to partner effectively with technical teams without needing to be hands-on.
Stakeholder Influence & Communication: Strong communication skills with experience preparing executive-ready materials and influencing senior leaders on data-related tradeoffs and decisions.
AI Orientation: Curious, adaptable, and motivated to evolve data governance practices in response to new technologies, including AI and advanced analytics.
