In this role, you will lead business integrity in a major country and/or across multiple countries, identify business needs and lead implementation for compliance and integrity learning. You will direct compliance investigations and make determinations on them, and lead and advise the business on risk intelligence, anticipating and addressing internal and external factors.
How you will contribute
You will develop and implement a compliance and integrity program to promote legal and ethical behavior, establish a culture of compliance and integrity, and protect and enhance the company’s reputation. Using various forums (e.g., the Risk, Controls and Compliance Assurance Committee), you will assess risk intelligence and implement methods (e.g., risk profiles) to ensure that management is making reasonable and informed decisions regarding compliance risks. In addition, you will develop and deploy compliance and integrity training and oversee or conduct compliance Investigations in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines
What you will bring

A degree and background in law, internal controls, audit, regulatory affairs, corporate affairs, security, HR, quality, or similar areaSignificant experience assessing, advising, and training on ethics and compliance topics such as anti-bribery and corruption, particularly FCPA, competition law, kickbacks, investigations, employee relations, training, communications, enterprise risk management, advising/coaching and dispute resolution in a multinational companyHighest level of integrity and trust; highly credible and willing to express itStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience navigating and presenting at all levels of organization, especially senior management, in a collaborative environmentProactive style with ability to reply quickly to incidents while maintaining a sense of collaborationMore about this role
