As a Data Owner Lead within the Credit Card team, you enable innovation through strategic data use while ensuring data quality and protection. You coordinate data sourcing and usage across domains and serve as a member of the Product leadership team.

Job responsibilities

Define and execute strategies for product data development and delivery to support business objectives, operations, analytics, and reportingBuild collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to identify and prioritize critical data, ensuring documentation and classification with metadataDirect the development of processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks, including protection, retention, storage, use, and qualityEnsure compliance with firmwide policies, standards, and procedures related to data integrity and protectionDevelop and maintain relationships with data delivery partners and consumers across business, technology, analytics, operations, risk, and control functionsDemonstrate governance by tracking and managing workstreams, agreeing on KPIs, prioritizing deliverables, addressing risks, and measuring statusSupport aligned Data and Analytics leads for projects involving analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree with Ten years of industry experience in a data-related fieldAbility to query and manipulate data using technologies such as SQL and PythonExperience managing tight delivery timelines across multiple workstreamsProven ability to execute through successful internal partnerships and influence across job functionsExcellent leadership skills in managing products, programs, projects, teams, or employeesUnderstanding of agile technological development methodology

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Master’s degreeTechnical knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, data modeling, and data architectureDeep subject matter expertise in the Credit Card area
