We are seeking a dedicated Data Operator who will utilize Microsoft products, including Outlook and Excel, on a daily basis. The role involves handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and adding service tickets. This position operates during the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, in an office-based setting.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or internal employees.Add and manage service tickets in the central station.Participate in a 6-week training program with the manager.Adhere to a strict schedule post-training.
Essential SkillsExperience in data entry within the past 2 years.Customer service experience within the past 2 years.Moderate knowledge of Excel, including basic SUMIF formulas.Clerical experience within the past 2 years.
Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.Experience with phone systems and handling calls.Ability to follow standard operating procedures.Reliable and dependable with a strong attendance record.
Work Environment
The work environment is casual, allowing for jeans and a shirt during the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. Employees enjoy a four-day weekend once a month. The workplace is UL certified, necessitating that two people are on site at all times.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
