Work Schedule: 2nd Shift Only (3 PM – 11 PM)
Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Operator to join our team during the 2nd shift. This office-based role involves daily use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, handling incoming calls, directing them appropriately, and managing service tickets in a central station. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in data entry, customer service, and clerical work, and will be comfortable working in a structured environment with a casual dress code.
Key ResponsibilitiesUse Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily data operations.Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.Create and manage service tickets in the central station system.Complete a 6-week training program under the supervision of a manager.Maintain strict adherence to the assigned schedule post-training.Required Skills & ExperienceData Entry Experience within the last 2 years.Customer Service Experience within the last 2 years.Clerical Experience within the last 2 years.Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas like SUMIF.Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and general Office applications.Experience using phone systems and managing call flow.Ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.Strong reliability and attendance record.Work EnvironmentCasual dress code: jeans and shirt permitted.Office-based role during 2nd shift hours (3 PM – 11 PM).UL-certified facility requiring a minimum of two employees on-site at all times.Employees enjoy a four-day weekend once per month.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
