As a Product Delivery Manager within our team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Utilize JIRA to track project progress, manage backlogs, and ensure transparency in project status.Customize JIRA workflows to align with project requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder team progress.Leverage Wealth Management industry knowledge to guide product development and delivery.Understand client needs and market trends to drive product innovation.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Product Delivery Manager or similar role in an Agile environment.Expertise in JIRA and Agile methodologies.Knowledge of the Wealth Management industry.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM).Experience with other project management tools and software
