As a Data Operations Manager, you will guide the design and implementation of processes and controls to support robust data management and quality monitoring. You will collaborate closely with engineers, developers, and stakeholders across the business to embed best practice, identify critical data risks, and ensure that appropriate controls are in place. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and maintaining data management documentation and governance artefacts, ensuring that data definitions, lineage, and controls remain current and effective. 5+ years’ experience in data operations or similar roles, such as data governance, data management, or data architecture, including involvement in large projects or implementationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven people management experience and leadership qualitiesExpertise in data management best practice and data governance principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProficiency in SQLFamiliarity with treasury, finance, or stress testing forecasting processes and experience with Anaplan or similar planning software valuable.
