About This Opportunity

As a Data Management Coordinator, you will focus your attention on ensuring the timely and accurate administration of contracts and credit approval in accordance with InComm’s policies, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction within the organization. Ideally, you will have a keen eye for details and accuracy and possess professional level English communication skills.


Responsibilities

Process all incoming contracts within the standard 2 business daysReview of all incoming contract documentation for discrepanciesPerform credit review in conjunction with company policyPerform Secretary of State registration checks on business entity as requiredAccurately enter approved contracts on multiple company platforms and systems for approved, pending and declined applicationFollow up with Sales Rep/Account Manager to obtain additional documentation for pending contractsReport daily activity to sales force regarding approvals, declines, and pending agreementsTrack contract data and status for reporting purposesMaintain merchant documentationAssist Sales Rep/Account Manager with contract related questions and inquiriesPerform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor & Manager of the Data Administration Team (DAT)
Qualifications

College Degree preferred but not requiredProfessional English communication skillsORACLE experience preferredPrior Administrative/clerical experience requiredCredit Review and Analyst experience a plus
