**Overview:** Cigna Healthcare’s Pharmacy Management organization is seeking a highly skilled, strategically minded **Data Measurement & Reporting Senior Advisor** to lead advanced analytical initiatives supporting complex reporting needs across the enterprise. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of pharmacy reporting and performance measurement used by senior leadership and key stakeholders across Pharmacy Sales & Account Management, Product, Finance, Compliance, and other cross‑functional partners. The Senior Advisor will serve as a technical and subject‑matter expert for pharmacy claims and benefits‑related data, owning high‑visibility production reporting deliverables—including Performance Guarantees (PGs)—and driving the development of new reporting assets, automation capabilities, and data quality improvements. This role requires strong analytical expertise, deep data acumen, and the ability to independently manage high‑complexity work with minimal direction.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Own end‑to‑end delivery of high‑complexity reporting and analytical solutions supporting operational, compliance, financial, and strategic objectives.
+ Independently analyze, interpret, and validate large‑scale pharmacy claims, benefits, clinical, and customer‑level datasets.
+ Lead the development, enhancement, and governance of production reporting deliverables, including dashboards, operational datasets, and Performance Guarantees (PGs) reporting.
+ Proactively identify data integrity issues, investigate anomalies, and drive cross‑functional root‑cause resolution.
+ Architect new reporting solutions aligned with evolving business requirements and enterprise measurement strategies.
+ Advance automation efforts leveraging SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Alteryx, and other analytic tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
+ Serve as a SME (subject matter expert) in pharmacy claims data structures, CCW, PHRMRDS, and downstream reporting impacts.
+ Lead or significantly contribute to project‑based initiatives (e.g., reporting modernization, metric framework redesign, new data asset development).
+ Translate business needs into well‑defined technical requirements and design scalable data solutions.
+ Partner with IT, Data Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure alignment and successful execution of reporting strategies.
+ Provide clear, well‑structured communication of complex metrics, methodologies, and data definitions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
+ Develop high‑quality documentation, SOPs, and reporting governance assets.
+ Present insights and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.
+ Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships across Pharmacy Management and enterprise teams.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5-7 plus years of experience required
+ Intermediate SQL, Power BI, Excel (Intermediate) experience required
+ Power Query / Power Pivot / DAX, Databricks
+ CCW (Pharmacy) and PHRMRDS experience
+ Alteryx (preferred)
+ SAS (preferred)
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,000 - 188,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
