Data Management Technician (F/M)

The Data Management Technician will be responsible for the accurate and efficient maintenance of critical master data within our systems (PLM, ERP & MES), supporting various departments and ensuring data integrity for operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
+ Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance activities for master data, including but not limited to, product information, supplier details,customer records, and bill of materials (BOMs)
+ Execute data cleansing and enrichment initiatives to improve data quality and consistency across various databases and applications
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, Production, Sales) to gather data requirements and ensure timely andaccurate data updates
+ Identify and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in a proactive and systematic manner
+ Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and compliance
+ Generate regular and ad-hoc data reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and operational analysis
+ Participate in the testing and validation of new data management tools, systems, and process improvements
+ Provide training and support to end-users on data entry protocols and best practices
+ Document data management processes, workflows, and data definitions
Qualification & Skills:
+ Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
+ 1-3 years of experience in a data entry, data management, or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or bioprocessenvironment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, ) is a must
+ Proficiency & experience with Siemens Opcenter MES is desirable.
+ Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
+ Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various levels of personnel
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
+ Basic understanding of data quality principles and data governance concepts
