Your Impact
The Data Management System (DMS) Supervisor is primarily responsible for supervising a high performing team responsible for ensuring that new or existing product is set up correctly and efficiently in the DMS system. This includes ensuring that product is placed in the correct location and that product dimensions, quantity, and tier height requirement are correct in the DMS system. This role is also responsible for resolving any inventory discrepancies, such as product that does not have a defined location in the warehouse. The DMS Supervisor monitors warehouse capacity and repositions product accordingly in the system to enable space for new product. This individual also works with Operations to identify the best possible locations to place product for safe and efficient picking.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field OR 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area andPreferred Skills/Education
Experience in a role that builds knowledge of distribution facility processes, responsibilities, functions, limitations, controls and common problemsLeadership experience with direct report responsibilityExperience mentoring and coaching othersExperience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously requiring a strong ability to prioritize and manage timeExperience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problemsExperience with software applications such as Excel, Access or Lowe’s DMS systemLowe’s Companies, Inc.
