Data Management Operations - Associate

Job Summary:

As a Data Management Operations - Associate within the Crescendo Platform group, you will be responsible for providing oversight and execution support of daily processes related to Feed monitoring, Data Quality, Data Delivery, and Program Delivery on AWS services. You will partner with your local manager and global financial operations teams to execute against strategic deliverables and responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain key relationships and partnerships across various business finance, operations and technology partners globally, and to work on various process improvements on a continual basis.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with global team to ensure timely and quality data to  various business finance, operations and technology functions. Build and maintain key relationships and partnerships across various business finance, operations and technology partners globally. Provide timely communications on impacts/deliverables between geographically diverse teams. Oversee 3000+ data feeds in order to gather, process and publish daily reporting to Qlik Dashboards, Cubes, and Data Services. Ensure SLAs are met. Identify, analyze and resolve data quality and processing issues. Identify, analyze and work on  various process improvements on a continual basis. Conduct testing of new functional releases aimed at improving the operations cycle.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

BS/BA degree. MBA or related Master’s Degree  5+ years of experience executing  against Production environment Operating Models spanning business lines within the financial services industry to support timely delivery of quality data Experienced on  proven execution of strategic process and technology initiatives in the context of business and finance goals Ability to  challenge and adopt a changing business landscape Ability to focus on the key issues and drive initiatives to conclusion Strong relationship management skills Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office  and SQL is a must Basic knowledge of AWS platform.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Demonstrated experience with AWS environments. Agile development understanding  and knowledge on Python, Tableau is a plus.
