Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student to support our Office Leasing team in Düsseldorf. This role is ideal for someone currently pursuing a degree—preferably in data management, analytics, real estate, business, or a related field—who enjoys working with data, is tech-savvy, and brings a proactive and structured mindset. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our data systems, while also assisting with light office management tasks. Your responsibilities:
Ongoing maintenance of our databaseUpdating property and user dataCoordination with colleagues regarding the use of our international databasesSupport and contribution to the implementation of new databases and data analysis toolsPreparing and processing transaction proceduresIndependent phone and in-person communication with property owners and landlords to ensure the quality of property informationPreparation and follow-up of appointmentsIn addition, approx. 20% of your time will involve general office management tasks, including:
Coordinating office supply inventory and placing orders as neededLiaising with vendors and service providers (e.g., stationery, cleaning, maintenance)Supporting the team with organizational and administrative tasksEnsuring that communal areas (e.g., meeting rooms, kitchen) are well-stocked and maintainedAssisting with planning small in-office events or team meetingsWhat you should bring:
Active student status in GermanyFluency in German and proficiency in EnglishStrong IT skills – Microsoft office (especially Excel, Power BIGood knowledge of MS Office applicationsIndependent and proactive working styleA high sense of responsibility and the ability to “think outside the box” as the foundation of your successful workAffinity for numbers, data, and factsExperience with CRM systems and database maintenance is desirableExcellent German and English language skills, both written and spokenThere are many good reasons to work with us:
