As a Data Management Associate Senior in the Data Quality Item Management team, you play a critical role in improving data quality across the item management lifecycle. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions that support the firm’s strategic goals.

Job responsibilities

Lead evaluation and analysis of data quality items within specific business areasManage the progression of data quality items through all lifecycle phases, ensuring SLAs are metConduct root cause analysis and establish timelines for resolutionBuild strong partnerships with Controls, Product and Data Owners, Technology, and other stakeholdersProvide insights to support tactical and strategic resolution pathsCommunicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and working groupsOversee timely execution of tasks and escalate issues as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Data Science, MIS, Statistics, or related field with five years of experienceExtensive experience in data analytics, data lineage, data governance, risk, controls, or complianceAdvanced skills in SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of AlteryxExperience with data analysis in AWS or other cloud environmentsStrong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in data storytellingExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results
