As a Data Management Associate Senior in the Data Quality Item Management team, you collaborate with diverse partners to enhance data quality across the item management lifecycle. You help drive solutions that support regulatory compliance and positive customer experiences

Job responsibilities

Lead evaluation and analysis of data quality items within specific business areasManage data quality items through all lifecycle phases, ensuring timely progression and resolutionConduct root cause analysis and establish timelines for issue resolutionCollaborate with Controls, Product and Data Owners, Technology, and other stakeholdersCommunicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and working groupsOversee execution of tasks and escalate issues as neededContribute to strategic initiatives supporting data governance goals

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Data Science, MIS, Statistics, or related field and five years experienceExtensive experience in data analytics, data lineage, data governance, risk, controls, or complianceAdvanced skills in SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of AlteryxExperience with data analysis in AWS or other cloud environmentsStrong problem-solving and data storytelling abilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to build partnerships and manage multiple tasks to deliver high-quality results
