Our client, a leader in data management solutions, is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst, you will be part of the data analysis department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a self-starter attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Data Management Analyst
**Location:** Minneapolis, MN
**What's the Job?**
+ Gather and analyze requirements to support data management initiatives.
+ Document data flows and process flows to ensure clarity and compliance.
+ Coordinate and manage work efforts to improve current processes.
+ Write business requirements as JIRA stories in an agile environment.
+ Conduct complex data analysis and ensure data quality and validation.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in requirements gathering and data analysis.
+ Strong foundational knowledge of RDBMS and SQL.
+ Ability to reverse engineer SQL code to write business and technical requirements.
+ Experience in data governance and data quality management.
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills.
