Job Description
The Data Integrity Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and data entry of all aspects related to cost and allowance activities.
ResponsibilitiesProvide support to Category Business Managers in areas such as new item setup, discontinuations, cost changes, vendor changes, and additional item maintenance.Investigate and resolve store-reported discrepancies impacting store accuracy in a timely manner.React continuously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Audit reports affecting cost, item attributes, taxability, WIC Eligibility, SNAP, funding, and store authorizations.Ensure accurate setup of new items, new vendors, and discontinuation of products.Fulfill promotional price extension requests submitted by the category team.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelData Entry skillsExperience with spreadsheetsAttention to detailClerical and administrative skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of data entry experienceHigh School Diploma minimum requiredWork Environment
This role operates 100% onsite at headquarters, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break, totaling a 40-hour workweek. The position may require occasional overtime if business needs dictate. Enjoy the convenience of an onsite café for lunch.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
