Job Description

The Data Integrity Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely data entry of all cost and allowance activities.

ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the Category Business Managers in areas such as new item setup, discontinuations, cost changes, vendor changes, and additional item maintenance.Investigate and resolve store-reported discrepancies that impact store accuracy promptly.React continuously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Audit reports affecting cost, item attributes, taxability, WIC Eligibility, SNAP, funding, and store authorizations.Ensure accurate setup of new items, new vendors, and product discontinuation.Fulfill promotional price extension requests submitted by the category team.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong data entry skills.Experience with spreadsheets.Clerical and administrative skills.Attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of data entry experience.High School Diploma required.Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite at the headquarters. The work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break, totaling a 40-hour week. There might be occasional overtime if business needs dictate. The facility includes an onsite café for lunch and the current assignment is a contract with potential consideration for future opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
