Job Summary
As a Business Transformation Manager in COS, you will support project management, data analytics, and process re-engineering across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation tools, delivering timely data insights, and supporting the execution of transformation and product initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive operational excellence and support the evolving needs of the business.
Job Responsibilities
Lead project management tasks supporting data and analytics initiatives for COSManage and maintain data automation tools, including Alteryx and Tableau, for visualization and outputSupport controls and governance around data hygiene and partner with Control teams to ensure audit-readinessDevelop complex Alteryx flows and Cliq dashboards to enhance data automation and reportingInspire a culture of innovation and execution of technology and data-driven ideasReview large-scale initiatives and contribute to future-state strategy for tactical solutionsAnalyze financial needs of data insights to support business growthDeliver timely and accurate data analytics and insights to support transformation and product executionCollaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvementEnsure compliance with internal controls and governance standardsAdapt to evolving business needs and support the COS Transformation agenda
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsRelentless and versatile learner with aptitude for assimilating new industry, company, product, or technical knowledgeMinimum five years’ experience in project management, with ability to manage multiple prioritiesHighly organized with strong ability to manage competing prioritiesDemonstrated executive presence and adaptability to evolving needs in COSAbility to work independently and escalate complex or unusual issues appropriatelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAdvanced analytical skills with strong communication abilitiesBackground in digital tools such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Alteryx, with at least five years’ experienceBachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience
