Duties & Responsibilities

Understands the automotive applications within a database

Compares catalogs and provides analyses for decision making

Follows up with customers for further clarifications

Matches automotive tags to Industry Standards

Creates Standardized files and works with suppliers to assure quality

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Basic knowledge of the automotive catalog production division

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access

Customer mindset

Written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Knowledge of ACES and particularly PIES preferred

Proficient in English

Qualifications

1+ years Automotive and/or Content preparation experience and demonstrated success/knowledge

High school diploma

Bachelor’s degree preferred
