We’re looking for a Data Excellence & Business Analytics Manager to join our Global Business Development Team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a state-of-the-art analytics function in a global FMCG company, transforming data into actionable insights that drive marketing, sales, and trade strategies.
You will build and lead a talented team, automate tools, develop market and pricing models, and support global initiatives like Trade Marketing and RGM. Your work will directly influence decisions at the senior management and Board level.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of three (Marketing & Sales Business Partner, Business Analytics, Junior Assistant) and foster a collaborative, continuous improvement culture.
Support business partners and teams in market and brand analysis, reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Develop market estimation models, sales volume forecasts, and SOM analyses.
Create simple in-house models for pricing, promotions, portfolio segmentation, and assortment definition, integrating external tools when necessary.
Collaborate with Global TM and RGM Managers to implement the 3-year roadmap and optimize departmental resources.
Maintain meaningful templates for QBRs, Mid-Year Reviews, and Annual Business Planning.
Requirements:
University degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or consulting within Data/Business Analytics, RGM, or Trade Marketing.
Proven expertise in pricing models, promotion ROI, market and business analysis, and customer segmentation.
Technical skills: Power BI, advanced Excel, basic programming, and ideally machine learning to automate reports and develop simple models.
Experience leading small, cross-functional, and multicultural teams in a matrix environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to operate at senior management levels.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European language is an advantage.
