Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a short-term system implementation project. This role is vital in transferring high volumes of data into a new fault-tracking system, which is crucial to maintaining production uptime and profitability.
Responsibilities
+ Enter and transfer large volumes of data from spreadsheets into a new manufacturing system.
+ Review data for accuracy and completeness.
+ Identify missing information and proactively contact internal partners to obtain required details.
+ Ensure system entries are set up correctly to avoid production downtime.
+ Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience in data entry and quality assurance.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
+ Comfortable making phone calls to retrieve missing information.
+ Personable, professional, and dependable.
+ Ability to work independently in a repetitive, process-driven role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in high-volume data transfer.
+ Proactive communication skills for contacting internal partners.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
