Data Entry Specialist
Qualifications: + A minimum of a year of office experience in data entry, dispatchers, claims, or provider relations. (Open to entry level Bachelor's Degree candidates as well). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. + Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to influence others. + Self-starter, creative problem solver, and strong team player. Work Environment This role is based in a brand-new office in Naperville, featuring modern amenities such as a gym, basketball court, coffee shop, and convenience store. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Job Description This position is responsible for the review, investigation, and evaluation of claims to determine eligibility and negotiate resolutions in compliance with all policies and state regulatory requirements. The role involves managing a high volume of claims, ensuring timely and accurate payments to customers and providers, and handling customer reimbursement requests. Responsibilities + Ensure customers and providers are paid timely and accurately. + Communicate effectively with internal and external customers. + Handle customer reimbursement requests. + Validate daily NHS wire payments and exceptions. + Manage the reconciliation of Customer Preferred Pricing transactions. + Assist with inquiries regarding claim status with customers. + Analyze and validate a high level of claims data and enter it into the proprietary operating system. + Index invoices by moving them to the appropriate location in the inbox. + Perform filing and other administrative duties as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
