Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, providing exceptional support via phone and email, and leveraging their technical skills to manage and analyze data effectively.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update customer account information to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.Design, implement, and manage Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to perform daily tasks efficiently.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry, customer service, and clerical skills.Basic computer skills with a basic understanding of AR/AP.Ability to master efficient and accurate data entry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Order entry and data management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.Experience with JD Edwards ERP system is preferred.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in the office with the rest of the team in a cubicle-type setting. This role offers the potential for long-term employment, although it is currently approved as a temporary position.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Akron, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
