Data Entry Specialist
Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Job Description The CRM Data Cleanup Specialist is responsible for executing the Salesforce Cleanup project to ensure the accurate, effective, and efficient organization of CRM data. This position involves the cleanup of leads, contacts, and opportunities, ensuring data integrity and completeness. The specialist will work closely with the marketing, sales, and IT application departments to verify and update information, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Responsibilities + Review and remove invalid entries for leads, verify and update remaining leads using external sources. + Identify and address duplicate lead and contact records. + Verify and update contact information, designating contacts as active or inactive based on relevance. + Ensure opportunities are accurate and complete. Essential Skills + Ability to systematically review and analyze lead data to identify invalid entries and update missing information. + Meticulous in verifying and updating information to ensure accuracy. + Basic training and familiarity with Salesforce CRM and lead generation tools. + Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience. + Proficiency with Excel at an intermediate level. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with data cleanup/review, CRM, and lead generation platforms is desired. + High School Diploma or GED. + Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Organization skills and willingness to ask questions. + Communicative and transparent, reliable and dependable. Work Environment The role can be conducted either remotely or onsite, with orientation being conducted onsite. This position is full-time, working a 40-hour week from Monday through Friday, with no overtime expected. Ideally, the candidate should be in Eastern or Central Time. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
