Job Description

We are seeking two diligent Data Entry Specialists to join our team. The role involves receiving lists and entering orders into SAP and Excel. This is an office-based position requiring the handling of a large volume of orders. Proficiency in Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables, is essential. Candidates must pass an Excel assessment. Bilingual skills are optional but welcomed.

ResponsibilitiesReceive and accurately enter orders into SAP and Excel.Handle a high volume of order administration efficiently.Utilize Excel Pivot Tables for data management and reporting.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all entries.Essential SkillsProficiency in SAP and Excel.Experience with Excel Pivot Tables.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.1 year of relevant data entry experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual capabilities are a plus.Back ground in ERP systems is advantageous.Work Environment

The position offers two shifts: 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 4am-12:40pm with a 40-minute lunch break, and 2nd shift from 2pm-10:40pm with a 40-minute lunch break. Mandatory overtime includes 2 extra hours a day, three times a week, and occasional Saturday mornings. Overtime hours are required only until the end of August. This is a contract-to-hire position due to the high volume of work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
