Job Description
In this role, you will primarily work with specific customer accounts, maintaining relationships and taking customer service calls via phone, email, or fax. You will answer questions regarding shipments or billing and build strong relationships, becoming familiar with customers on a first-name basis.

The role requires a 37.5-hour work week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The work environment is business casual with a small company feel, featuring an open office layout where everyone has a desk in one large office space. There is room to grow within the company in terms of salary and responsibilities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.
