Our client in the consulting industry is seeking a Data Entry Rep to join their team. As a Data Entry Rep, you will be part of the class action operations team supporting the incoming Mail department. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, strong computer skills, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Data Entry Rep
**Location:** El Segundo, CA
**Pay Range:** $18.50/hr - $19.50/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Process incoming mail and ensure accurate data entry.
+ Maintain organized records and documentation for all mail operations.
+ Collaborate with team members to streamline mail processing workflows.
+ Assist in troubleshooting any issues related to mail operations.
+ Support various administrative tasks as needed within the department.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
+ Proficiency in computer applications and software.
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
