**Job Title: Data Entry Customer Service Representative**
**Location: St. Petersburg, FL - onsite 5 days a week; 8:30 - 5pm.**
**Pay Range: $24/hr**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a **Data Entry & Payment Analyst** . This role is responsible for reviewing and processing payments, managing and converting Excel spreadsheets, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid background in customer service and office software tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems
+ Review and analyze payment transactions for processing
+ Convert, manage, and update Excel spreadsheets for reporting and tracking
+ Proofread documents and data entries to ensure accuracy
+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
+ Interpret and analyze data to support business decisions
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
+ Experience with Adobe tools
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Effective listening and proofreading abilities
