Data Entry Clerk
Job Title: Data Entry ClerkJob Description

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms.

ResponsibilitiesInterpret family drawings and BOM information and accurately enter and update the data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.Verify the accuracy of information before inputting.Perform regular data audits and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Generate reports and summaries as needed.Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in data entry or administrative support.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with other departments.A good understanding of technical knowledge pertaining to drawings, schematics, and blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read drawings/blueprints is very helpful.ERP knowledge is a big plus, specifically Sage.Ability and willingness to work as a team player.Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing facility, specifically within the office section of the building, and will not require much time on the production floor. PPE will be provided if/when needed to go out on the floor. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm. The dress code is business casual, allowing for jeans and closed-toe shoes. The ERP system utilized is Sage.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
