Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry professional for a project-based position focused on digitizing and organizing historical records. This role will be based on-site in Warminster, PA, and is expected to last at least 2 months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
Collect and maintain the order of index cards from physical files.Review cards for correct orientation and numerical order.Scan cards using a high-speed duplex scanner and verify scanned files.Return cards to their original files in correct order.Occasionally answer and direct phone calls as needed.Ensure scanned files are saved correctly and in order.Learn and use the scanning software with preset profiles.Essential Skills
Proficient in using Windows-based applications with strong overall computer literacy.Experienced in managing physical and digital files, including operation of scanning equipment.Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to maintain organization and accuracy.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Competent computer user with strong familiarity with Windows applications.Experience with file management and scanning equipment.Attention to detail and ability to maintain order.Must be a Windows user (no Mac users).Customer service, clerical, typing, administrative support, scanning, filing, computer skills.Work Environment
Work hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and the role is 100% on-site at the Warminster, PA office. A high-speed Fujitsu duplex scanner and pre-configured scanning software are provided for the project tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
