Data Entry Clerk
Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Job Description

This position entails verifying information on work orders, matching it with production orders, and accurately entering the data into SAP on a daily basis. The data to be entered includes details such as person number, roll number, substrate type, UPC number, special labeling requirements, quantities produced, and more. The role demands a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid knowledge of SAP.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and minimizing unsafe behaviors and actions to prevent workplace accidents.Communicate with the immediate Supervisor regarding any issues or concerns.Understand work orders thoroughly, including reading, understanding, printing, and facilitating orders.Possess knowledge of Bill of Materials, Routing Instructions, and Remarks section instructions.Manage communication and work between departments to meet internal and external customer needs for labels, which are often extremely time-sensitive.Assist with quarterly inventory counts.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Essential SkillsExperience with SAP is required.Proven data entry experience.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work with a sense of urgency and reliability.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get along well with others.Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The dress code is business casual, with jeans being acceptable. Steel-toed shoes are required when on the production floor, which is an annual expense covered by the company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
