Job Description:

This position entails providing inbound telephone customer support, determining the nature of each call or inquiry. It involves daily communication with internal and external customers through phone, fax, and email. Additionally, this role includes inputting and processing both domestic and international shipments in compliance with UPS and local government regulations.  

  

Job Type: Part-Time / Permanent 

Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week) 

Shift Hours: 5.30 PM to 10.00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week) 

Shift Duration: 5 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time) 

Work Location: 3850 MATTE ST BROSSARD, QC J4Y 2Z2

Wage Salary: $ 17.75 per hour

  

Key Responsibilities and Duties  

Screen incoming calls.  

Enter data into UPS systems within specified deadlines. 

Review and forward legal documentation.  

Provide administrative support to management team.  

Provide customer service support. 

   

Requirements 

Plus 6 months of previous data entry and analysis experience - Required 

Intermediate-advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office)  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills: French 90% / English 10%   

Level of French needed: proficiency   

Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

Ability to work with minimal supervision  

Strong multitasking skills  

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
