\t\t\t\t\tWe are currently recruiting within our Technical Support / Reporting team a Data Specialist. This role is based atour North American headquarters in Fort Mill, South Carolina and is the result of continued success, and sustainedgrowth. The chosen applicant will handle internal and external requests for data analysis within the tools providedby Quantum Informatics as well as other tools.Primary Role:• Analyze report requests and coordinate with Informatics leads both within sales and development teams.• Develop clear requirements and test cases for reporting / analysis requests.• Implement, verify, and validate the data reports.Required Skills• Strong SQL Query knowledge• Experience with calculations such as area under the curve• Experience report generation & visualization using standard components such as:o Pie chartso Line and bar chartso Data grids / tabular reportso Spider Charts• Large Database Experienceo Ability to work with large, highly-relational SQL databases with many tables and complexrelationships.• Advanced SQL Skillso Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries (multi-table joins, CTEs).o Performing pivoting/unpivoting operations for reporting.• Performance Optimizationo Understanding indexing, query plans, and tuning SQL for large datasets.• Database Comparison & Reconciliationo Ability to compare databases, identify schema or data differences, and reconcile conflicts acrossenvironments.• Data Aggregationo Experience calculating First, Last, Average, Median, Min, Max and other summary statistics acrosslarge datasets.• Automation of Data Cleanupo Building automated scripts/processes for data cleanup, normalization, validation, and scheduledrefreshes.• Translating Non-Technical Requestso Ability to take informal or non-technical data requests from clinical, commercial, or support teamsand translate them into clear, structured, and actionable technical requirements.
