Our client, a leader in Consumer Technology, is seeking a Data Engineer - TX to join their team. As a Data Engineer, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting innovative data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Data Engineer - TX
**Location:** Dallas, TX
**Pay Range:** $53 - $57/hr (Only W2)
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead or participate in database management activities including designing highly complex logical and physical databases.
+ Drive and accelerate Data and Analytics Strategy & Roadmap across Consumer Technology.
+ Collaborate with Business Partners and application SMEs to align project objectives and manage expectations during development.
+ Ensure Data-related design patterns and best practices are front and center of technology practices in the organization.
+ Conduct technical training sessions for technical and line of business users.
**What's Needed?**
+ 4+ years of Database Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
+ 2+ years of technical leadership or architecture experience in a data and technical environment.
+ 3+ years of experience leading in Data Engineering, Data Management, SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, MongoDB, ETL, SAS, Tableau.
+ Advanced experience in Big Data and Cloud technologies.
+ Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle and experience in Automation testing.
