**Job Title:** Data Engineer IV (Lead)
**Location:** Raleigh, North Carolina (Hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office twice a week)
**Pay Range:** $130,000 - $160,000
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade data solutions using Snowflake.
+ Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics, data science, and business intelligence functions.
+ Define and implement data modeling best practices, including Dimensional Modeling (Kimball) and Data Vault 2.0 methodologies.
+ Mentor junior developers and guide them through project execution.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requests and translate them into engineering artifacts.
**What's Needed?**
+ 8+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
+ Strong proficiency in Snowflake data warehouse development, architecture, and performance tuning.
+ Proven experience designing and implementing data models using Kimball dimensional models and Data Vault 2.0 methodologies.
+ 5-7 years of experience in developing reports, preferably using Power BI.
+ Expertise in SQL, Python, and orchestration frameworks such as Airflow, DBT, or Matillion.
