CTG is seeking a Data Engineer to support data platform development for a client project. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines and enabling analytics and reporting. **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platform solutions + Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using PySpark and Databricks + Support data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple data sources + Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to enable data visualization using Power BI + Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data platforms + Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives + Work closely with cross-functional teams including data analysts, architects, and stakeholders **Required Skills:** + Databricks & PySpark + Power BI + Data pipeline development / ETL + Azure experience preferred **Experience:** + 3+ years in data engineering or data platforms + Experience working with large datasets in distributed environments **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
