**CTG is seeking to fill a Data Engineer – Advanced Analytics position for our client.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 2 months **Duties:** + Design and develop data integration and synchronization pipelines across multiple platforms and legacy systems + Support advanced analytics initiatives through data preparation, profiling, and quality assurance + Update and maintain data mappings, data catalogs, and integration documentation + Participate in and/or lead design and pre-deployment reviews + Read, interpret, and work with complex data models + Provide technical guidance and day-to-day oversight for engineering team members + Promote cross-application data standards and data-driven design principles + Deliver high-quality database and integration artifacts traceable to requirements **Skills:** + Strong data engineering background with integration-focused solution design + Advanced analytics knowledge including predictive analytics, statistical analysis, data mining, and text mining + Experience with data profiling, metadata management, and data quality practices + Familiarity with optimization techniques, simulation, and rules-based programming + Experience with analytics tools such as SPSS (or similar) + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills **Experience:** + Proven experience as a Data Engineer supporting analytics or data science projects + Hands-on experience building and maintaining data integration pipelines + Experience participating in system design, deployment, and technical reviews **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
