You work with the information security team as a competent and experienced information security and compliance specialist.

How you will contribute

You will assess information security risks in line with internal policies and external best practices and determine requirements how to secure Mondelēz International information and IT assets. In addition, you will develop security standards and policies; advise technical teams when developing relevant procedures or have operational security questions; review and consulting them on compliant and effective use of common tools. You will also keep business stakeholders apprised on the overall security and compliance roadmap, provide training on information security to appropriate teams, and develop security strategies, architectures and roadmaps across process and technologies.

What you need to know about this position:

The Data Engineering Lead is a highly technical role on the Security Infrastructure team in Cybersecurity.  Role will be responsible for MEU logging infrastructure for Mondelez International. Role will be hybrid within MEU with the ability to work in MEU time zones.

The role will own:

Handling of data log sources ingested into a Security Information and Event Management system, with all aspects of the tailoring and management of the pipeline using a vendor supported toolCollaborating with adjacent teams for future deployment and/or troubleshootingHigh visibility position reporting to a Sr Manager, interfacing with higher levels of company management on occasion on high stakes initiatives

Extensive experience with logging infrastructuresExperience dealing with Log Collection, Log Relay, Normalization, Optimization

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Job specific requirements:

Amazon Web Services Experience or AWS Solutions Architect Associate certificationCertified Information Systems Security ProfessionalSolid understanding of network engineeringSolid understanding on Windows & Linux operating systemsExtensive experience with any of the Logscale, NGSIEM, NiFi, Cribl, Databahn, Splunk, ELK, Sumo Logic, etc.

Travel requirements: Travel up to 10% both domestic and international when required
