Make It Uniquely Yours.** You provide software and application expertise and analysis to support implementation of the strategy and the solution. **How you will contribute** You will provide expert consultation for a specific software or application, leading on issues and resolutions, optimizing service delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy. To excel in this role, you will recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks for a specific application. In addition, you will identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, and oversee them, work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. To this end, we have a Diversity Committee that works on four pillars: People with Disabilities (PCD), Ethnic-Racial, Women and LGBTQIAP+, as well as being part of MOVER - Movement for Racial Equity. **Responsibilities:** Leadership & Team Management: + Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance, performance management, and career development opportunities. + Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement. + Manage team workload, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality data solutions. **Data Architecture & Design:** + Implement the overall data architecture strategy, aligning with business goals, industry best practices and company’s guidelines. + Design and implement scalable and reliable data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and storage of data from multiple sources, internally and externally. + Evaluate and select appropriate data technologies and tools to meet the evolving needs of the organization. + Maintain and evolve operational pipelines and solutions + Comply with data governance and cybersecurity policies to ensure data quality andprotection. + Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate data solutions with existing systems and applications. + Collaboration & Communication: + Partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, and analysts to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Partner with Global IT teams to design solutions that meets business requirements, solve technical issues and roadblocks + Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex data concepts in a clear and concise manner. + Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering trends and technologies, and evangelize their adoption within the organization. **Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Scienceor a related field. + Experience in data engineering and architecture. + Experience leading and managing data engineering teams. + Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale data platforms. **Technical Skills:** + Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques. + Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Spark, Scala). + Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services (e.g., S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage, Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery). + Experience with data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink). + Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases). + Familiarity with data governance and security best practices. **Soft Skills:** + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with different skills/backgrounds + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Problem-solving and analytical skills. + A passion for data and a desire to drive data-driven decision-making. **What extra ingredients will you bring?** + Experience in FMCG, Technology Retail + Certifications in relevant data technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Data Engineer, Azure Data Engineer Associate) Mondelez International is attentive to the Future of Work and puts great value on the well-being of our people, seeking to provide the best experiences.
