Job responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the month-end close process for client profitabilityEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial reconciliations and reportingPrepare, review, and present monthly financial results and variance analysisPresent key performance indicators and profitability trends to senior managementDevelop and deliver analytics to support business decisionsIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvementMaintain high standards of data integrity and accuracyDemonstrate robust risk management and adherence to policiesFoster a culture of accountability across the teamServe as a key point of contact for business partners and senior leadershipChampion collaboration and teamwork across global teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field10+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business financeAdvanced understanding of month-end close processes, financial controls, and profitability analysisExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAdvanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systemsTechnical skills in Python, SQL, Databricks, and AlteryxExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organizationProven record of process improvementsExperience delivering results in a fast-paced environment
