Reporting to the Director of Employer Relations, the Data Coordinator (Program Coordinator) supports the University’s graduate programs by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data used for recruitment, employer relations, accreditation, rankings, and outcomes reporting. This position plays a critical role in maintaining systems and processes that meet global audit standards and reduce institutional risk related to data inaccuracies, or compliance failures. The incumbent works closely with the Graduate Career Center team, rankings and accreditation, academic units, institutional research, and external partners to support data-driven decision-making across all graduate degree programs.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintains, updates, and manages recruitment, employer relations, and candidate screening systems in 12Twenty to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with University policies and global audit standards.Serves as a liaison between academic programs, career services, institutional research, IT, and external stakeholders to support data collection and reporting needs.Ensures jobs and events are being posted, advertised, monitored and tracked correctly for statistical reporting and student success.Coordinates the collection, validation, and analysis of data required for accreditation, rankings, outcomes reporting, and regulatory compliance across all graduate degree programs.Prepares comprehensive statistical, analytical, and narrative reports for internal stakeholders, accrediting bodies, and ranking organizations.Monitors data integrity, identifies discrepancies or risks, and recommends process improvements to prevent compliance issues and institutional exposure.Supports daily operational needs related to recruitment data, employer engagement records, and candidate outcomes tracking.Develops and maintains documentation, data definitions, workflows, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and audit readiness.Coordinates timelines and deliverables for accreditation reviews, rankings submissions, and internal audits.Provides training and guidance to program staff and stakeholders on data entry standards, compliance requirements, and system usage.Works closely with employers to ensure jobs and recruiting events are accurately represented in 12Twenty to facilitate data tracking and reporting as well as student career outcomes.Ensures adherence to University, unit-level, and external compliance policies and safeguards confidential and sensitive data.This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as necessary.
