Job Description
Insight Global’s healthcare client is seeking a L1 Data Center/NOC Technician who will be responsible for the monitoring and health of the Central Data Center.
They are responsible for the creation of the Active Directory accounts, ensuring a stable operating environment and will make sure they are attaining maximum utilization of system facilities. They may be required to troubleshoot and restore routine technical service and peripheral equipment, as well as schedules and performs production runs. Additionally, they will perform triaging of calls to admins within the Server, Messaging, Network, Backup, San, and UNIX teams to ensure the appropriate person is contacted only on an as needed basis.
Day Shift: 6:30a-7:30p – Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Night Shift: 6:30p-7:30a (3 on, 4 off) – Friday/Saturday/Sunday
12.5 hour shifts, 30 minute break.

Skills and Requirements
1+ year of experience working in a Data Center or NOC Environment
Basic Networking Skill and Knowledge
Experience working with a ticketing system (ideally SNOW)
