Job Overview

The Data Center Governance & Operations Assurance Analyst is responsible for assisting with governance and operations assurance activities within the Data Center Services Organization. The overall objective is to provide governance and operations assurance support for the Information Technology Environments.

Responsibilities:

Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore servicesProvide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of serviceDesign testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasksProvide technical/strategic direction to team membersReview requirement documents, define hardware requirements and update processes and procedures as necessaryEnsure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirementsConduct project related researchHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in roles centered around governance and risk managementUnderstanding of how risk and controls factor into processes and proceduresUnderstanding of risk management principles including issue management, third party management, records management, and internal controls self assessment.Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practicesAbility to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadlineExperience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferredEffective written and verbal communication skillsEffective analytic/diagnostic skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent work experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
