This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies. **What You’ll Do:** + Manage the processing of AP transactions. This includes vendor invoices and expense reports, listings and project budgets, etc. + Assist in developing and maintaining work procedures and preparing work schedules. Train and guide business staff to ensure a firm grasp of company policies and procedures. + Act as a single point of contact to provide customer service support to both internal and external clients. + Approve various AP items to ensure proper coding, allocation, and backup. + Track corporate cards and resolve any expense report issues. + Review monthly AR reports and evaluate the need to elevate collection efforts. + Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. + May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives. + Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams. + Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. + In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. + Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. + Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Excellent organizational skills with a master level inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for the Data Center Facilities Supervisor is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary of $106,000 annually The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
