This role involves performing detailed micro cleaning of equipment and controlled spaces while following strict security, safety, and standard operating procedures. The Data Center Cleaner works under continuous monitoring, documents tasks accurately, and supports a safe and efficient operating environment. **What You’ll Do:** Mission Critical Data Center cleaners who have the aptitude to work within production server/network rooms. Comfortable working in highly secured areas while being monitored continuously by staff and security cameras throughout the rooms. Ability to understand and follow guidance on expectations and duties as presented by the Team Lead. Highly detailed individual who thinks before reacting and ask questions before moving forward with tasks. • Perform cleaning operation under strict guidelines. • Monitor the clean room cleaning procedures to ensuring all cleanings are complete promptly and correctly. • Participate in continuous training: safety, performance improvement, etc. • Detail document control. • Micro-cleaning all surfaces within the controlled environment including equipment and floors. • Follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail including documentation. • Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions. • Find efficiencies and guide changes you develop. • All other duties as defined by your supervisor. **What You’ll Need:** HS diploma with 1-2 years of experience. **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
