As a Data Analytics Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. 

Job Responsibilities :

Support CIB Ops Risk Data & Metrics Lead to document, streamline & deliver metrics related asksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data analysis needs and develop solutions using Alteryx and Tableau.Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports in Tableau to visualize complex data sets.Perform data analysis, data mining, and data cleansing to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into data to answer business questions and support decision-making.Identify areas for process improvement and automation to streamline data analysis workflows.Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

The candidate must have relevant experience in banking and financial environment and broad knowledge of Operational Risk & Control, looking to take on a new challenge in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization using tools like Alteryx and Tableau.Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in querying and manipulating large datasets.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
