Job Description:
As a Data Analyst & Systems Specialist, you collect quantitative and qualitative data regarding customer purchasing behavior and product perception, including:
You monitor and analyze customer purchasing trends, buying behaviors, price/discount sensitivity, brand/retailer loyalty, etc.
You monitor media coverage and interview/survey customers and retailers to determine perceptions of products and reactions to advertising
You measure the impact of clients' marketing plans and tactics (e.g., coupons, samples, discounts/promotions, point-of-sale and aisle displays, packaging design, shelf placement, etc.)
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG sector
English language: fluent, both written and spoken
Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Experience working with Nielsen data and tools for market analysis
Ability to collaborate effectively with data providers and ensure data quality
What will be your key responsibilities?
Creating and maintaining reports and analyses to help teams achieve category leadership objectives
Ensuring consistent reporting across segments
Providing information within the local service agreement with Nielsen and other suppliers
Consolidating information and reporting at the cluster level, improving and simplifying report usage (e.g., PowerBI integration)
Collaborating with data providers (e.g., Nielsen) to maintain data quality
Owning key planning tools: Size of Prize for innovation
